Dr. Sachin Virmani earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University of Dental Medicine in 2010. He is currently serving the troops in the US Army Reserves as a Major.
Dr. Sachin Virmani believes in offering state-of-the-art, comprehensive care tailored to fit into the lives and budget of his patients. Committed to providing the best care to his patients, he keeps himself abreast of the latest technology and techniques. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.
Dr. Suvika Kapur
DMD Dentist / Owner
Dr. Suvika Kapur earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University of Dental Medicine in 2011. She opened Smile and Shine Waterbury, LLC with her husband Dr. Sachin Virmani in December 2020.
Dr. Suvika loves to make people feel comfortable and at ease when they are here with us. She believes in building life-long relationships with her patients and helping them gain the confidence that comes from a healthy and beautiful smile! Committed to providing the best care to her patients, she specializes in pediatric dentistry, restorative work, dentures as well as routine dental treatment. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and
son.
Michelle Nunez
I started my employment with Dr. Virmani and Dr. Kapur in December 2011. I have been the Office Manager of Smile and Shine since we opened in December 2020.
Katie Pitts
Lead Dental Assistant
I started my employment with Dr. Virmani and Dr. Kapur in December 2015 at a previous office. I joined the practice when it opened in December 2020.

I started my employment with Dr. Virmani and Dr. Kapur in September 2017 as part time hygienist. I have since transitioned to full time and have joined Smile and Shine Waterbury part time since they opened in December 2020.
